Popular Nigerian Comedian robbed this morning








Reports have it that popular comedian, Basketmouth and his family were robbed at gun point at their home in Lekki, Lagos.

According to his close friend, Bovi, Basketmouth and his family were ambushed by robbers who stormed their home in the early hours of today and carted away their valuables.
Bovi wrote on Instagram: “Basketmouth was robbed this morning in his home in lekki phase 1 between the hours of 2am and 4am, 7th of September 2016. He and his family were held at gun point while the sad episode lasted.
“Valuables were taken including the cctv device. A report has been made at the police station. He can’t be reached at the moment but will be back on as soon as possible.”
This sad news comes just days after Basketmouth’s wife Elsie, took to her Instagram tohint that they have a new home in a highbrow area of Lagos.
Bovi confirmed that no one was hurt.
